Das große Buchcasting – Teil 2
Und auf geht es zur zweiten Staffel meines Buchcastings. Wieder habe ich jedem Buch, bei dem ich mir nicht sicher war, ob ich es noch lesen möchte, 50 Seiten lang die Möglichkeit gegeben, mich zu überzeugen.
#Readathon – 10 Years in 10 Books Challenge
This year is the 10 year anniversary of the Dewey’s readathon so there is an all-day-long challenge to recommend a book for every year the readathon took place.
Thankfully Goodreads has an option to sort books by publication date (both of the read edition and of the book in general), otherwise I would not be able to participate in this one. So now I only hope, the dates added on Goodreads are right.

2) Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to?
Actually I don’t have a real stack this time. I read almost every book I was obsessively looking forward to earlier this year, so now I just read whatever comes along. Moving through my shelves and take what looks best at the moment.
3) Which snack are you most looking forward to?
I still have cotton candy left, that I saved for a special occasion. Maybe I’ll eat it today.
4) Tell us a little something about yourself!
28 years old, sociologist, aspiring writer (first novel finished, in 2nd beta phase). I eat, drink and breathe Star Trek – especially Spirk, I’m sorry. Snape Defender – though I do NOT like everything he did.
5) If you participated in the last read-a-thon, what’s one thing you’ll do different today? If this is your first read-a-thon, what are you most looking forward to?
This time I won’t even try staying awake the whole time. I know I can’t do it.

#Readathon Summary Post
Once again it’s time for a readathon. This time it’s Dewey’s again, so ‚only‘ 24 hours and this time I won’t even try reading the full time. Especially since I’ve already been up for 6 hours when it finally starts.

(*hüstl* So viel zur Blogpause. Aber diesen Artikel zu schreiben, war mir trotz schmerzender Hand ein dringendes Bedürfnis.)
Was eigentlich vor allem als Rezension gedacht war, muss ich anders anfangen. Privater schreiben, als ich es sonst tu. Eigentlich mag ich das nicht wirklich, denn ich schreibe einen Buchblog und in meinen Augen sollte es darin um Bücher gehen. Meine Person sollte zwar ansatzweise vorkommen, damit man sich orientieren kann, ob man ähnlich ist und daher einen ähnlichen Buchgeschmack hat (und somit wiederum bei meinen Rezensionen was für sich finden kann). Aber ich selbst sollte dennoch im Hintergrund stehen.
Blogpause
Eigentlich habe ich gesagt, dass ich so etwas nie machen will. Und vermutlich zählt es auch jetzt nicht wirklich, aber bis Samstag muss der Blog pausieren. Und das, obwohl ich eigentlich zwei Rezensionen zu schreiben habe.

Da ich in den letzten Tagen mehrere Bücher beendet habe, bei keinem aber wirklich genug für eine lange Rezension zu sagen habe und euch nicht mit gleich drei Posts vollspammen möchte, fass ich diesmal einfach alle Bücher zusammen.
